SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

Program Description: Be Green Lawn Care Service, LLC DBA Be Green Pro uses SMS messaging to send service-related notifications, updates, and occasional promotional messages to customers who have explicitly opted in via a web form at https://www.begreen.pro/get-a-quote. Opt-in is collected via dedicated, unchecked consent checkboxes. There are two separate programs:
- Non-Marketing / Service Messages: Appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notifications, service completion notices, and customer support communications.
- Marketing & Promotional Messages: Special offers, seasonal discounts, new service announcements, and promotional content. Consent to marketing messages is separate from and not required for non-marketing service messages.
Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in either SMS program.
Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. No further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage, appointment schedule, and opt-in category. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.
Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program. By opting in, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.
